Canoe: Fitting a Kneeling Thwart

How to fit a kneeling thwart using wooden spacers, in a canoe.

NOTE 1: If the thwart ends up being too low you can cut a small amount off the top of the spacer to heighten it.
NOTE2: Some folk put a protective cap on the projecting bolt to protect kit or even saw it off so that it ends up as flush preventing snagging on kit.

This footage has been sitting in my achieve for some time but with lockdown I am looking to get more videos out. I hope you find it helpful.
