Complete 2007-2013 Mini Cooper S Oil Change and Spark Plug 60k Service Guide (2nd Gen R56)

Описание к видео Complete 2007-2013 Mini Cooper S Oil Change and Spark Plug 60k Service Guide (2nd Gen R56)

Here's a video for a 2011 Mini Cooper S 60K Service and serves as a guide for how to change your oil, cabin air filter, intake air filter, spark plugs and ignition coil maintenance repair. This video shows the entire process: lifting the car, draining oil, prepping new parts and filling/check the oil, replacing spark plugs, coils and filters. This how to guide works for all model years of the Mini Cooper R56 Hatchback (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013). It's not a convertible or clubman or countryman, but should be similar processes. Should also work for JCW and coupe models.

Even if you're just looking for a video on how to change the oil on your 2011 Mini Cooper S, this is the best oil change guide. It never hurts to check your filters with every oil change.

How do I research my repairs? I use a shop service manual like this one here http://shrsl.com/4q1as. Search the site if you have another year, they likely have it.

In my opinion, do not buy any OEM parts online, just go to your local Mini/BMW dealership parts department where the pricing will be competitive and they will likely match any online OEM pricing that is lower.

I went with Bosch aftermarket plugs and coils because OEM was significantly more expensive
