Die Plattformökonomie verändert komplett, wie Firmen in verschiedenen Branchen arbeiten, besonders in der Automobilindustrie. Dieses Modul gibt dir einen umfassenden Überblick über die Plattformökonomie und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Autoindustrie, damit Unternehmen in diesem dynamischen Umfeld besser klarkommen.

Das Kurs hat mehrere Ziele. Erstens soll es ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die Plattformökonomie und ihre Merkmale vermitteln. Zweitens wird die Analyse von Business Ecosystems in der Automobilindustrie und deren Bedeutung im Fokus stehen. Drittens soll es die Bewertung von Plattformen wie MIH EV Open und deren strategische Relevanz beleuchten. Außerdem zielt das Modul darauf ab, einen strategischen Denkansatz aus einer Ökosystemperspektive zu entwickeln. Ein weiteres Ziel ist es, zu verstehen, wie Business-Ökosysteme Geschäftsmodelle und Produktionsorganisation beeinflussen. Schließlich soll das Modul Wissen über Commodity off the Shelf (COTS) und die Bedeutung von Standardisierung vermitteln.

The kurs has several objectives. Firstly, it aims to provide a basic understanding of the platform economy and its characteristics. Secondly, it will focus on analyzing business ecosystems in the automotive industry and their significance. Thirdly, the module will evaluate platforms like MIH EV Open and highlight their strategic relevance. Additionally, the module aims to develop a strategic mindset from an ecosystem perspective. Another objective is to understand how business ecosystems influence business models and production organization. Finally, the module aims to impart knowledge about Commodity off the Shelf (COTS) and the importance of standardization.
