Hiervoor combineert KPN de kracht van zijn mobiele netwerk met de voordelen van edge computing. Door ter plekke een lokale 5G-gateway te plaatsen draait een deel van het mobiele 5G netwerk van KPN lokaal en profiteert KLG Europe van hoge betrouwbaarheid, real-time reactietijden en alle data blijft in huis wat aansluit bij de steeds strengere securityeisen.
