Over time, the bronze pedals wear, and eventually become loose in the pivots. To keep them playing you'll have to adjust those pivots. Here's how I do it. I'm not a musician. But I have pulled pianos apart for scrap and materials (a sin I'm sure, but people like me learn to do, or do without.) I have also fixed pianos to sell. Everything but the tuning (yeah... Screw that.). Come along as I adjust the pivots and talk a bit about what I'm doing.
