🥘 Ingredients:
Chickpea/Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 cup (melted, warm)
Sugar – 1.5 cups
Water – ½ cup
👩🍳 Steps to Prepare:
Heat ghee and keep it warm.
Roast gram flour lightly to remove raw smell.
Prepare sugar syrup with water until one-string consistency.
Slowly add roasted besan, stirring continuously.
Add warm ghee little by little until the mixture froths.
Pour into a greased tray and let it set.
Cut into squares and serve.
