💻 Computer Vertical Passive Cooling when possible is often the best solution mainly to avoid having warm air getting staked below the computer! Also to avoid warming part of the desk that will return the heat! Etc. Especially adapted for Single-board Computers in this case a Raspberry Pi 5, and with Extra Passive Coolers the results are really Amazing! By the way the temperature measured is done on the 4CPU Core, but the same exact principle would apply to GPU and everything outputting heat on the card. Golden rule : avoid positioning passive cooler in whatever warm air flow lurking around and it's why the tested model get a large surface mostly free of other passive cooling parts. Remark : pushed to some extreme we could get close enough to a 🦅 bird shape because they also need a large air surface to be efficient!
