Happy Saturday everyone 😀
Today you’re doing a 15-minute arms and shoulders dumbbell workout you can do at home or in the gym. This upper body strength workout is designed to build muscle, improve shoulder stability, and challenge your arms using just dumbbells.

You’ll need two pairs of dumbbells so you can adjust the load as fatigue sets in.

Focus on proper form and controlled reps. If needed, drop the weight; you should feel the shoulders, biceps, and triceps working on every set.

Each exercise is 30 seconds long, slightly shorter than our usual strength sessions, but the short rest periods keep the intensity high and make this a great muscle-building workout in a short amount of time.

Perfect if you’re short on time but still want a focused arms and shoulders workout at home 💪
