We are delighted to bring you a brand new online twilight CPD session which focuses on developing an outstanding culture in PE lessons. The session will focus on what an outstanding culture is, why it is important and how it can be achieved using various resources. The session will focus on how this culture can be achieved in both practical and theory lessons in order to progress achievement and aim for Outstanding. Delegates will develop their knowledge, skills and confidence and will have opportunities to collect information and ask questions.
In order to participate in this online training delegates will need a PC with an internet connection and will require internet access during the session. They will also require their PC to be audio enabled through either internal/external speakers or headphones.

Course content
Part 1
The Theory behind developing an outstanding culture and why it can be important in achieving success in PE lessons.
Part 2
What makes up an outstanding culture and what could it look like or what do you want it to look like in your PE lessons.
Part 3
How can you develop an outstanding culture in your lessons? Tools, Tips and Resources which can be used by yourself, other staff and pupils to embed this culture in your lessons to improve academic success and attainment.
