If you want to successfully create a new account, and not get banned for ban evasion, you must do the following:
• Completely uninstall Discord from your phone and PC. For PC specifically, make sure to additionally clear your cookies and cache on your browser that may link to Discord, and delete all Discord files in %appdata% and %localappdata%. There are YouTube tutorials on how to completely remove Discord from your system.
• Download a VPN. If you can afford to spend a few $ a month, I would recommend Proton VPN or Mullvad. You will need to ensure that whenever you access Discord, your VPN is on, as IP is the main way Discord catches you. It is important you have your VPN on as you create your account as well as while using Discord.
• With a VPN enabled, reinstall Discord on your phone, and download Vesktop on your PC. Vesktop works like the discord app, but it runs the browser version of discord, meaning that they can get less info about your device. It also comes with Vencord features for extra privacy.
• Create a new account. Use a new email, and don’t use an alias that can be linked back to your banned accounts.
• Join 1 or 2 random servers that you were not in previously. They can be large or small, but you must not have been in them previously.
• (OPTIONAL, BUT MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH CLOSE FRIENDS): Reach out to a close friend, who has other of your close friends added; (ideally on a different app) tell them to create a discord server which can be used for you to chat to your friends. You can then join it. This way, you can chat to friends without needing to add them all. Adding back lots of friends on your banned account or rejoining lots of servers that you were in on your banned account is another way that Discord tends to detect your alts.

Congrats, you have taken the first steps to restoring yourself on Discord. Over the next 3 months, you will need to stick to the following, to avoid Discord detecting you:
• Join at maximum 1 server that you used to be in a week, and 1-2 random other servers a week. The other random servers are strongly advised but not 100% necessary from my experience.
• Add back at maximum 1 friend every 2-3 days. Be very cautious when adding friends. Ideally, they should send you the friend request, and they should message you first. This gives you the best chance to avoid getting flagged.
• Never turn off your VPN and never use Discord without one. This is the easiest way to throw away all your hard-earned progress.
• Never send your old account’s username in a chat message and never say that you were previously banned. Don’t try to be sneaky with this rule, Discord’s AI is tuned up to the max (as you probably know, cuz this is why you got false banned in the first place). If you really need to convey this information, type it out, screenshot it as an image, and send the image containing your message. Then delete it a few minutes later.
Try to limit linking bots to your account wherever possible. From my experience, you want to stagger adding bots to your account in the same way as joining servers. While there is less documentation and solid evidence for this, I would advise caution and only link 1 bot a week to your account. This is to avoid spam filters.
If you ever need to link a bot to your account, make sure to do it on a web browser that you did not access your old banned accounts on.
DO NOT buy Nitro or anything on Discord using the same payment information as a banned account. this will INSTANTLY permaban you. If you want Nitro, you will need to either have a friend buy it for you or get it off third party websites (Eldorado is the one I use).

After 3-4 months, Discord will treat your account as “safe” / not suspicious. You can now roam discord with a little more freedom. Ensure to be careful however and remain vigilant as to not make a mistake and get flagged.
After 1 year, if you weren’t able to restore your old account, Discord will permanently delete it and anonymise all your data, including getting rid of most information linked to your banned account. At this point, the only thing you need to worry about is saying that you were previously banned as this has a small chance of getting you banned if reported. I would still advise making using a VPN a permanent habit, and not switching it off; you can never be too careful.
NOTE: After 3-4 months, you can stop using a VPN, but only if you have changed your home router’s IP address to be different to your banned account’s one. There are YouTube tutorials for this.
