This tender Nutella banana bread is hands down the best banana bread I’ve ever had. Nutella takes banana bread to a whole new level with swirls of fudgy, gooey chocolate goodness. I probably ate half of this loaf on my own and I’m not sad about it.

Nutella Banana Bread Recipe:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 ripe mashed bananas, a little less than 1 cup
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tbsp heavy cream
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Nutella
1 tbsp turbinado sugar

Preheat your oven to 350F.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix melted butter, white sugar, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully incorporated into the liquid mixture. Whisk in the eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan (lined with parchment paper). Add half of the Nutella in lumps and swirl into the batter. Pour the second half of the batter on top. Add the remaining Nutella and swirl into the batter again. Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar for a perfect top.

Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean but with a crumb or two.

Let the Nutella banana bread cool before slicing and enjoy!! It’s even better next day if left in the fridge overnight.
