Syracuse University revealed on Monday that the two people killed when a dump truck struck them on University Hill on June 24 were students.

A letter from the university addressed to the Orange Community said that the two were international graduate students in the College of Engineering & Computer Science.

The Syracuse Police Department identified the woman as Wanshan Li, 23, and the man as Aoyo Cui, 24.
