Cold, cynical and chilling as the darkest night. Raktavi, countess of the night, has arrived. "THE VAMPIRE DRAGON HAS RISEN. Raktavi is a blood red bat with a black mane, two ears, and fangs, with a tail ending in a barbed spike and a tattoo on the sides of both her thighs. She has her mane tied in a braid, and is wearing chest armor with a red "V" on it, perhaps for "vampire". She was inspired by the vampire bat, and clouds of bats occasionally flutter around her, as seen on the selection screen. Good health

Poison damage is not too common and can be evaded, negating some benefits of her Red Ivy skin.
Raktavi is the winner of the first ever Create Your Own Dragon community contest.
She was designed by Roman Bondarchuk.
Raktavi is the first dragon since Dante to have an increase in max level. Her maximum level is 25, rather than 20 like all prior dragons larger after Blaze.
Her two Batman-characted-themed skins could be because she is a bat-like dragon.
Bats fly from her body when she is damaged.
Flamepunk is a portmanteau of "flame" and "steampunk".

Appearance
Raktavi is a lighter shade of red and wears a pair of purple glasses, a goggled green top hat, and a steampunk-style jacket complete with red bow. Notably, her wings are also steampunk themed, and look to be made of metal with clockwork mechanisms.
The Countess costume is a reference to Count Dracula.

Appearance
Raktavi's mane is now white and she has it combed back in two sections. She wears what may be a white dress shirt along with a red coat, and a brown belt around her waist with gold embellishing.
This costume is a reference to Harley Quinn of the Batman series.

Appearance
Raktavi looks like Harley Quinn from the Suicide Squad film. Her bonus, "Crazy Roller", is named after the giant pink-wheeled roller skates she has strapped to her feet.

Red Ivy
This costume is likely a reference to Poison Ivy of the Batman series, given the red hair, plant-like appearance, and immunity to poison.

Appearance
Raktabi is bright green, poison clouds constantly emanate from her, and she has flowers growing around her body. Her mane is red and she has red lips, possibly lipstick.
