New Delhi, Jan 19 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on January 19 launched 'Kejriwal Ka Guarantee Card' ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections. In the Guarantee Card he to provide 24-hour electricity with free 200 initial units and 24 hours pure water supply.
