Back from holidays and here is third song in remaster series. This song belongs to period from 86-88 where we were recovering from loss of two original members of group, Sterije Tolic and Nenad Stefanovic, drummer and bass player. I will write more about them when I finish remasters from that period, but in short, Sterije was one of most talented drummers that I have ever known and Nenad was one of most positive people that you could have around.
We decided to take our current material and record it at newly founded studio by members of Belgrade band U skripcu. Debeli financed the project and we went in studio with probably couple of rehearsals and lot of ideas. In those times, we started hanging out with Marko Milivojevic, which become our great friend and replaced Sterije on drums. It is my great pleasure that his brilliant music career started with us. We also brought aboard Danko Gajic, Debeli's friend and IMHO one of the most talented guitar players that I've ever met. Songs were more complex, and two guitars are better than one, right? Now, for bass player, my memory is kinda vague. He was great guy that was playing around and I cannot remember who brought him on board, but man could he play. We did not even have any rehearsal before studio takes, so all that you will hear is him doing his stuff on spot in studio takes. I will give credit as Mystery Man.
This song is my favorite from these studio sessions. I have had idea during one rehearsal to alternate heavy attack guitar with more leasured parts that could create very CLOCK DVA atmosphere but with guitars instead of brass. All of us vere great fans of Advantage CLOCK DVA period and skeleton of song was created. Debeli wrote one of his best lyrics and also sang really well. Now, for the fun part, whole song was mainly improvised during takes. What came out is probably one of our best stuff captured on tape. I will let you decide, but for me it is really one of best things that we have ever done, also because of great chemistry of all involved which sadly, was never played alive.

I have added spatial sound, brought more lows (now you can hear that bass), separated two guitars and cleared the vocals. Some compression and EQ leveling was also done in Studio Pro. Again, remember that I am working on MP3 files, but I am happy with results.
