Yesterday I has a busy day of appointments and went to Arby's for lunch. I thought I would bring you along and explore the discussion. The questions is can you lose weight eating at Arbys and other fast food joints. I feel that if you do this a few times per month, probably no big deal.

The cost is alot higher than meal planning but a little variety is good too, leave me your comments and let me know what you think. Can you lose weight eating at Arbys or not?
