Table (Advanced)
CHAIRS. 4 PEOPLE. Good group trust warmup that is a lot of fun and takes a little maturity. 8-10 people in a group. 4 chairs in the shape of a small square, with the backs of the chairs on the outside of the square. Each chair should face the next (easier done than said). Players sit in each chair (it should be all males or all females in the chairs). Once seated each person lays back to rest their head on another person’s knees/lap. Once everyone is firmly and comfortably established they will lift up their butts just a little bit (using the good ol’ stomach muscles) while the other players watching slowly and carefully remove the chairs from underneath them, thus making a human TABLE. Once the table has been erected for a few seconds or so all participants should relax to the ground, OR the outside group members can simply reinsert the chairs.
Variation: this can also be done as a competition to see which group can work together best and fasted to create the table and hold it for three/five seconds. Have fun.
