Hi guys, welcome back to my channel ShipCaptain's Diary.

Video karaoke is a popular past time by most Filipinos. And for us seafarers on board, it plays a big role of our life at sea- our stress reliever.

Nothing that can stop us from singing and mastering our favorite old and new generation songs-whether it follows along with the rythm or not. The most important thing is we are able to express our feelings through singing. It allow us to entertain ourselves in order to cope up with the loneliness and boredom we are facing during the time that we are away from our family.

Events such as Saturday night is the lthe most awaited celebration for the crew as we hold party after the long weekdays of work. Party without video karaoke is boring. This entertains us all through the night of the party.

Party usually begins with the Cook preparing some sumptous food for dinner. Served in buffet style to develop bonding among the crew while sharing some stories away from their works.

But of course, it is most enjoyed when after dinner, it is shared through a little bit of alcohol and a rendition of their favorite songs.
