Welcome back to my pregnancy journey! This is a huge week—it is finally time for my 12 week pregnancy update (or so I thought!).

In this week's vlog, we take you along to the hospital for our very first trimester dating scan. We were so excited to see the baby, but we got a surprise when the sonographer told us that the dates were wrong and I am actually 13 weeks pregnant!

I am also keeping it 100% real with you guys about the less glamorous side of growing a baby. I’m sharing a bit of an embarrassing health update regarding thrush in pregnancy. It is a super common but uncomfortable pregnancy symptom that not enough people talk about, so I wanted to share my experience.

I also get my blood drawn for genetic screening (screening for Down Syndrome and other genetic disorders) and share how I’m feeling as I wrap up the first trimester.
