"In the Kitchen with BBDO" is an eight episode limited series where Hagley Library Archivist, Ashley Williams-Clawson makes recipes found in the BBDO collection and discusses the famed BBDO Test Kitchen, where the advertising firm developed marketing strategies for their iconic clients. The Test Kitchen functioned as a creative experimental space for developing advertising ideas and marketing strategies.

The BBDO Collection at Hagley contains the historical archive for the famed advertising agency. The records cover the entire span of BBDO’s existence, beginning with the George Batten Company in 1891. It includes advertisement tear sheets, commercials, BBDO company histories, ledgers, marketing reports, personnel files, photographs, publications, research reports, and material related to offices around the world.
