Recipe:
Keke ISITE Siaine (Bananas)

8 Cups Flour (add more if dough is too watery)
2 Cups Sugar
1 packet Yeast (Fleishman’s Yeast Active Rise)
4 Bananas
4 Cups Water (add more as needed)

Just FYI, for best results, add the smashed bananas into the flour first and then, pour the water, yeast and sugar, gradually, one cup at a time, making sure that all the flour is saturated. If it gets too watery, add some flour.

Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil to fry
