I'm not gonna lie to you, I'm not an expert—but I couldn't be more enthusiastic about this. So here I am, asking you to let me be your guide, as we fight against the pace and posture of our culture and instead, imitate the practices and rhythms of Jesus.

About the host:
My name is Jonathan Moynihan, and I'm a pastor at Mosaic Christian Church just outside of Baltimore, MD. I'm an Enneagram 7, a recovering people pleaser, and an extreme extrovert. Meaning, NOTHING about me is wired to like or even pursue spiritual disciplines like rest, silence, solitude, or even honoring the Sabbath. But truth is, my life has been transformed by adopting these ancient practices of Jesus. By focusing not just on the words of Jesus, but the lifestyle practices of Jesus, I've discovered what it means to be at peace with God and rest in His presence—even amidst chaos, heartache, and uncertainty. I invite you to come along with me as I scream from the rooftops (via podcast and YouTube) so that as many people as possible can experience a faith that is both stronger than ever, but also more restful than ever.

I have a beautiful (growing) family with my wife Stephanie of 10 years (woo hoo!), two beautiful baby girls, Evie and Isla, and a baby boy coming in July (name is TBD, I'm taking suggestions)!
