My brother in law, Saul, has had a sore shoulder that has limited mobility. He can't move it in its full range of motion, so I volunteered to help loosen it up today. We are just working at the swimming pool at my parent in laws apartment so eventually there is going to be a lot of background noise as some kids come tot he pool but Saul did very well and handled some very deep tissue massage. This video is the first part of about 9 or 10 videos about loosening his tight should. First of all I diagnose and show him the bands of tension and how they start in his fingers and thumb and then I will go on to work each finger and thumb .
