Often cited as the best Starbound mod, Frackin' Universe (FU) is a megamod that fundamentally changes the game, adding a vast amount of content - for example, new planets, new races, new progression, highly technical and scientific crafting paths along the lines of Feed The Beast, and bees.

In this let's play Starbound Frackin' Universe gameplay video, we start a new character called Lil Kur because dragons are cool and because all my existing lads can't really do the start of the mod properly, though I guess they can do bees.

We beam down to the first lush planet, meet the white alien slug, do some basic tasks to build a machining table, and get rewarded with our own tricorder. Then we go looking for a signal that leads us to performing a combined missions and tech tutorial, finishing with the Mother Poptop boss, although no bees are involved.

This opens up the science outpost and the regular outpost, opening up Starbound Frackin' Universe gameplay for the rest of the season, including bees.

We also go on a side-mission to kill a fridge, I think.
