Point7West collaborated with Trilogy® by Shea Homes to create a dynamic video designed to spark interest in the new and upcoming Trilogy® San Juan Oaks community in Hollister, CA.

Objective: To craft a fast-paced, entertaining video that captures the vibrant essence of the Hollister and Monterey area while showcasing the incredible amenities offered at the new Trilogy® San Juan Oaks property.

Approach: We utilized a mix of newly captured lifestyle footage from around the community and existing footage from various Trilogy® properties. Engaging and bold motion graphics, paired with a dynamic music track, were used to infuse the video with momentum and excitement.

Outcome: The result is a 1.5-minute video teeming with energy and engaging visuals that effectively highlight the Trilogy lifestyle and the charm of the surrounding area.
