Chef Robillard oversees and sets the tone for three very special Montreal restos on Notre-Dame Street in Little Burgundy: Heni, Barley and Épicerie Lulu.

He's also an avid skydiver, with over 750 parachuting jumps to his credit. In this episode, Julien takes Heidi to the Eastern Townships to pick Jute Mallow at Au Jardin d'Edem in Farnham and then to Parachute Montréal to jump out of a plane with her and her very own private instructor, Charles.

This is a wild episode that also features some delicious cooking with chef Julien. Don't miss it!
