I am doing 22 push ups in an attempt to raise awareness for Veteran Suicide. #22Kill

Today I challenge my old unit 4-25 ABCT an avid supporter of our veteran's and the freedom they serve to protect. Take it away.

22 AMERICAN VETERAN'S will commit suicide today.

My goal is to remind you that our Veteran's are still fighting and they still need your love and support.

If you accept, copy and paste this to each video. We encourage you to reach out to the Veteran's in your life and remind them that they have your love and support! We must continue to find the emotional and physical strength to win this battle
Please spread the word that Veteran suicide is not the answer.
A new video will be posted each day and with someone new being challenged.
How it works; video yourself executing 22 push-ups to your ability level.
Post the video to Facebook and other social media using the hashtags above.
Talkey your push-ups ( i.e. A group of 4 people in a video doing push-ups would look like this #88PushUpsfor #22Kill)
Call out your friends, family, Battle Buddies.... The POTUS, anyone... The sky is the limit.
The goal is to raise awareness for our service members who are battling this demon.
