The new BrewZilla Gen 4 has a new distillation mode that is specifically designed for distillation whereby you can hold specific elements on all the time so you have an extremely consistent level of power going into the still head.

Previously the still would operate at a rage of different power settings and the brewery would cycle elements on and off and pulse the elements to ensure that you have an average level of power that is delivere.

This is prefect for reflux or pot distillation.
