Processing Our Cornish Cross. Thanks to

Jason & Tara from Whiterock Homestead kindly came and gave us the much needed help processing our meat birds for the very first time here on our homestead. everything was going fine till we tried to shrink bag the bird. I didn't read the discription before ordering our bags. Turns out the bags I ordered where heat gun activated not water bath. In the end we got all the birds into zip-locks and cooled down before freezer camp.
