This presentation will explore how some of the XML authoring functionality that you can find in Oxygen frameworks is actually implemented. For example, you might wonder:

How can I present inline hints to guide or instruct the user as they edit a document (similar to what Oxygen does for DITA or Lightweight DITA)?
Is it possible to move content into a different location? How?
Can I hide some of the content or present only certain parts to the user?

This session will answer those questions and it should help you with a better understanding of what Oxygen provides for XML authoring and give you some ideas for how to implement similar functionality in other situations or how to extend existing functionality.
