TETEVEN is a small town, located in a picturesque valley between the Stara Planina (The Balkan Mountains) and the Fore-Balkan- a hilly area north of the Stara Planina. Here you can see the spectacular Glozhene Monastery, you can enjoy various hiking routes around Teteven, you can relax in the tranquil village-resort of Ribaritsa, and you can reach the nearby summit of the Stara Planina with the epic Kom-Emine trail.
