Compared off-the-line acceleration using throttle-only for these two larger folding electric bikes (e-bikes).
This was very unscientific-- I had to hold the phone with one hand. Both of these bikes have great acceleration, and the small difference in speed in this test is probably within the margin of error of the speedometers. That said, from the several miles I put on each bike, the XP4 feels like it has more umph. Also, it's hard to notice much detail about the Luna Eclipse riding experience other than the huge smooth tires. Let us know any specific questions in the comments, but I found the experience on the Eclipse dominated by the tires (but I liked the full twist throttle, and the general stability, going straight, provided by the size). For the XP4, the cargo capacity is probably the most notable feature (huge, sturdy rear basket, plus front basket), but the the power and high top speed (highest in our tests) of 28mph seem to be best-in-class for folding electrics. This came at a cost-- at ~70lbs, the XP4 was the heaviest folding electric bike we tested.
