Ignatius Mabasa is a writer and storyteller who writes mainly in shona.He studied shona and linguistics at the University of Zimbabwe, and has attained an M. Phil in Media Democracy and development from the Univerty of Oslos. VaMabasa has published several works including Mapenzi, Ndafa Here? and Imbwa yemunhu. He has also published two collections of poems in Shona.
