কাঁঠাল গাছের জোড় কলম করার পদ্ধতি/Method of grafting jackfruit tree


কাঁঠাল গাছের জোড় কলম করার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত উপকরণ ও সরঞ্জাম প্রয়োজন:

কলম: কাঁঠাল গাছের ভালোমানের, সুস্থ ও শক্তিশালী ডাল থেকে 20-25 সেমি লম্বা একটি কলম সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। কলমের নিচের দিক থেকে 10 সেমি উপরে একটি ঝালকা কেটে নিতে হবে। ঝালকার নিচের দিক থেকে 2-3 সেমি উপরে একটি লম্বা ছিদ্র করতে হবে।
জোড়া: কাঁঠাল গাছের ভালোমানের, সুস্থ ও শক্তিশালী ডাল থেকে 15-20 সেমি লম্বা একটি জোড়া সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। জোড়ার নিচের দিক থেকে 10 সেমি উপরে একটি ঝালকা কেটে নিতে হবে। ঝালকার নিচের দিক থেকে 2-3 সেমি উপরে একটি লম্বা ছিদ্র করতে হবে।
প্লাস্টিকের ফিতা: কলম ও জোড়াকে একসাথে বেঁধে রাখার জন্য প্লাস্টিকের ফিতা ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

কলম ও জোড়া সংগ্রহের সময় নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল রাখতে হবে:

কলম ও জোড়া উভয়ই একই প্রজাতির কাঁঠাল গাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
কলম ও জোড়া উভয়ই সুস্থ ও শক্তিশালী হতে হবে।
কলমের ছিদ্র ও জোড়ার ছিদ্র পরস্পর সমান হতে হবে।

কলম ও জোড়া তৈরি করার পর নিম্নলিখিত পদ্ধতিতে জোড় কলম করতে হবে:

কলমের ছিদ্রে জোড়ার ছিদ্র ঢুকিয়ে দিন।
কলম ও জোড়াকে একসাথে ভালোভাবে চেপে দিন।
প্লাস্টিকের ফিতা দিয়ে কলম ও জোড়াকে একসাথে বেঁধে দিন।
কলম ও জোড়াকে ছায়ায় রাখুন।

কলম ও জোড়া একসাথে লাগলে 15-20 দিনের মধ্যে কলম থেকে নতুন পাতা গজাবে। কলম থেকে নতুন পাতা গজালে বুঝতে হবে কলম সফলভাবে প্রতিস্থাপিত হয়েছে।

কাঁঠাল গাছের জোড় কলম করার সময় নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল রাখতে হবে:

কলম ও জোড়াকে একসাথে খুব বেশি শক্ত করে বেঁধে দেবেন না। এতে কলম ও জোড়ার সংযোগ ছিঁড়ে যেতে পারে।
কলম ও জোড়াকে ছায়ায় রাখুন। সরাসরি রোদ থেকে কলম ও জোড়াকে রক্ষা করুন।
জোড় কলম করা গাছকে নিয়মিত সেচ দিন।

কাঁঠাল গাছের জোড় কলম একটি সহজ ও কার্যকর পদ্ধতি। এই পদ্ধতিতে কাঁঠাল গাছের নতুন জাতের চারা তৈরি করা যায়।

The following materials and equipment are required for joint grafting of jackfruit trees:

Cuttings: A cutting of 20-25 cm length should be collected from a good quality, healthy and strong branch of jackfruit tree. A slit should be cut 10 cm above the bottom of the pen. A long hole should be made 2-3 cm above the bottom of the jar.
Pair: A pair of 15-20 cm long should be collected from a good quality, healthy and strong branch of jackfruit tree. A fringe should be cut 10 cm above the bottom of the joint. A long hole should be made 2-3 cm above the bottom of the jar.
Plastic tape: Plastic tape should be used to fasten the pen and pair together.

The following points should be noted while collecting pens and pairs:

Both the graft and the pair should be collected from the same species of jackfruit tree.
Both pen and pair must be healthy and strong.
The hole of the pen and the hole of the pair should be equal to each other.

After creating the pen and pair, the pair should be penned in the following manner:

Insert the hole of the pair into the hole of the pen.
Press the pen and pair together well.
Tie the pen and pair together with plastic tape.
Keep the pen and pair in the shade.

If the graft and twine are planted together, new leaves will grow from the graft in 15-20 days. When new leaves grow from the pen, it should be understood that the pen has been transplanted successfully.

Following points should be kept in mind while grafting jackfruit tree:

Do not fasten the pen and pair together too tightly. This can tear the pen and joint connections.
Keep the pen and pair in the shade. Protect the pen and pair from direct sunlight.
Water the grafted plants regularly.
