As is said in the earlier video, train services between Si Iam station to Hua Mak was disrupted due to the track fault somewhere in between and passengers had to change train between these stations. So you can see in this video that this train is fully packed as all of the passengers just alighted from set 28 train on the opposite platform of Si Iam Station earlier.
