Kailey Kyle, a 2023 graduate from Coeburn, Va., talks about her dream come true of becoming a Barter Player, performing in over 20 productions. Natasha Carpenter shares her unique path, transitioning from teaching in China to earning her second degree in theater at ETSU and landing a full-time role at Barter. Christina Ward, a current ETSU Theatre and Dance student, reflects on her experience interning in Barter's costume shop, where she helped design and build a Snow White dress—a childhood dream come full circle.
