Mark Krosse had many executive roles at IBM before retiring 20 years ago and beginning his volunteer work with SCORE.

A lifelong learner, he has been remarkably innovative in developing processes and analyses that have benefited not only our Cleveland chapter, but also multiple regions and national initiatives.

He enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and excels at connecting others—whether within the local chapter or through national projects.

He has been a leader in SCORE's AI community of practice, where mentors share tips on how to harness artificial intelligence tools to become more efficient and effective at serving our clients.

Mark stands out among SCORE’s 10,000 volunteers, ranking among the very top with more than 3,200 mentoring sessions over the past 20 years.

Although he is going on emeritus status, Mark will remain active with SCORE behind the scenes. He plans to work on improving processes for the organization. We will always welcome his insights. Thank you, Mark, for all you’ve done for us!
