Ingredients:
For Dough
Wheat Flour – 2.5 cups
Salt – ½ Tsp
Water – As needed for soft dough


For Stuffing

Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour) – 1.5 Cups
Green Chilli - 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1/3 Cup
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 3 Tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – 1/2 Tsp
Nigella Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Pickle Masala - 1 Tbsp
Mustard Oil - 2 Tbsp

Other Ingredient:
Ghee for cooking Paratha
