‪@parkrunglobal‬ if you are not aware is a free to enter, timed, 5k run taking place all around the world and it is run by volunteers who give up their time (thank you)

Myself and Rachel (now with kids joining us) have done 20 different Parkruns which makes us Tourists and we spend many Saturdays making a day out of the event.

Long Eaton - seen in this clip is a great course, flat and I imagine could be very fast in perfect conditions. I will be returning one day to have a solo effort no doubt.
