In this short video, Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach Dimitri Giankoulas specializing in Body Type Specific Training from PURE Motivation Fitness Studio in Vaughan Ontario will be showing and demonstrating how to perform: The 3-Way Lunge Exercise!

Benefits/Main Muscles Used: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Core

Steps to begin:

1. Standing straight with feet slightly apart. Step Forward into a lunge.

2. Step back returning to starting position, then with same leg step out to the side into a side lunge.

3. Return to starting position before stepping backwards with same leg into a reverse lunge.

4. Stepping back to the middle, repeat process with opposite leg.
