Like every year, to promote religious unity and cultural diversity in Pakistan, the Sindhi students of the Mehran students council, Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad Pakistan celebrated Holi in a joyous manner with their Hindu brothers on 29.03.2022.

The students of Punjab Council, Pashtoon Council, Baloch Council, Saraiki Council and Gilgit Baltistan Council of QAU participated enthusiastically by throwing colours at the crowd.

Please note that Holi is also known as Color Festival, Spring Festival, Festival of Love is one of the most ancient Hindu religious festivals. It is celebrated in every march around the globe.

The Sindhi People has great affection and tendency toward Hindu Culture because Hind and Sindh are considered one unit till the partition of India. Although the Hindu community is scattered all over Pakistan. Whereas, the majority of Hindus are settled in Sindh, especially in Tharparkar, Umer kot and Kandh kot Districts
