Here’s sneak preview of our 2021 Motorhome tour of the valleys of the Spanish Pyrenees. The aim was to explore the Spanish valleys in our Motorhome leading up to the French border. There were some pretty amazing surprises like the Pineta Valley Waterfalls, the hike through the tunnels of Tella-Sin, the colour of the autumn leaves in Artieda. In fact everywhere we went had something amazing to see. We sailed to Santander aboard the new Brittany Ferries Galicia, was it better than the Pont Aven? Wait to see in our first Vlog!

We are often asked how we plan and find such amazing places, well this is a really good example of a great adventure with virtually no planning, we booked the Portsmouth to Santander crossing and decided to go to Isaba for our first night, that was it! 😀 We then headed east driving up all the valleys. We had hoped to get all the way to the Mediterranean but there were just too many good things to see on the way that we didn’t make it.

We stayed on free Aries and wild camped for over half our time there, this was usually the best option in terms of location.
