Curry leaves Chutney Powder
Most People use Chutney pudi (powder) instead of Chutney because of lack of time. Many varieties of Chutney pudi can be prepared. Today we are preparing Curry leaves and chutney pudi. Curry leaves have many health benefits. let’s Start the recipe
Ingredients
• Curry leaves – 50gm
• Dry red Chilli – 10
• Urad dal – 1/2Cup
• Chana dal – 1Cup
• Til – 4-5 tbsp.
• Oil – 1 tbsp.
• Cumin – 1 tbsp.
• Salt – As per taste
• Hing

Preparation method
• Wash curry leaves, spread them in cleaned cloth and keep it to dry in Shadow
• Heat little bit oil in Kadai add Gram dal, Urad dal, Cumin, Dry red chilli and roast for 3 minutes on low flame
• Add curry leaves along these ingredients and roast for 3 more minutes, switch off the stove and let them cool down
• Add All Roasted ingredients to Jar, add tamarind, Turmeric, salt and grind them coarsely
• Store this Tasty and Healthy Chutney powder in Air tight jar, use whenever you want
