Looking for Birds With My New Tripod (And a Quick Review: FLM CP30-L4 II)!

For some time I'd been wanting to upgrade from my old and heavy aluminum Manfrotto tripod to a modern carbon-fiber one, hoping the lighter weight would make me more apt to bring it along on excursions. A few recent videos from YouTubers I admire seemed to tell me the time was now, so I picked up an FLM CP30-L4 II carbon-fiber tripod. For its first outing, I took it along for a morning hike at Pocahontas State Park, fairly close to home. The birds were mostly keeping their distance, but it was a nice walk and I gave the tripod a good workout. Come along!
