Covers the basics of route creation, cue sheet editing, cue sheet printing and how to download the gpx/fit/tcx/etc file for your device (roughly). Gives some tips on what the perm committee is looking for re POIs and cue sheet entries. Its about 39 mins long and my first attempt so pardon the ums and ers. :-) MB
