Made from fresh tomatoes
A tangy, sweet, tomato based condiment which is basically served as accompaniment with either snacks, starters or appetizers.This home-made no preservative ketchup sauce

Ingredients:-
Ripped Tomatoes-5-6
Salt-1tsp
Vinegar-2tbsp,(main ingredients act as preservative)
Red chilli powder-1/4tsp
Sugar-3-4tbsp

Method:-
1.in a pan add roughly chopped tomatoes with 5cups and mix well.
2.cook until tomatoes becomes completely soft and mushy
3.when done,bring it room temperature, transfer tomatoes in a blender jar, discard water.
4.blend to smooth puree,then strain the puree in a pan.
5.bring it to a boil,then add red chilli powder, salt,vinegar and salt.mix all ingredients well.
6.cook on low flame until its start getting thick ,keep stirring in between
7.keep stirring till the tomatoes puree thickens
8.when it reach desired consistency switch off the flame and cool completely.
9.Transfer it in a air tight container or bowl store it in refrigerator and use for up to 1 month.
