How To Make The Kentucky Jungle Bird | Booze On The Rocks

Today on Booze On The Rocks we show you how to make the Kentucky Jungle Bird Cocktail. This is a variation of the original Jungle Bird. It has a southern feel with the use of Bourbon and added tropical flavours form the passion fruit liqueur. It is slightly bitter with sweet tropical notes and definitely worth giving it a shot. KENTUCKY JUNGLE BIRD

1.5 oz/45 ml Bourbon
.75 oz/22.5 ml Campari
.5 oz/15 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaking tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour into a glass over ice.
4. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
