This is a review of the Fluke 1654B Multi Function Tester. It is in some ways similar to a Digital Multi Meter (DMM) and Insulation tester but it is task specific for Electrical Installations testing.

This review is also applicable to the Fluke Multi-Function 1652C, 1653B, 16554, 1653, and 1652.

In this review I have only covered only the basic functions, if there is interest left in the comments I will cover the MultiFunction testing options in more detail in a follow-up Video.

This meter is similar in fiction to a Megger 1800 or Megger 1750 series - MFT1815, MFT1825, MFT1835.
