Spark at Midtown - A Long Beach Affordable Housing Community

In partnership with the Long Beach Community Investment Co. and Linc Housing Corp., the City of Long Beach celebrated the opening of the Spark at Midtown, an affordable housing community located at 1900 Long Beach Blvd.

The Spark features 95 units and services to assist low-income residents and individuals who have experienced homelessness. Amenities include access to social workers, a Dignity Health and St. Mary Medical Center/Health Clinic, demonstration kitchen, YMCA and more.
