INGREDIENTS:
450g Self-raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
50g Caster Sugar
50g Block Margarine or Butter (cold, cubed)
100g Sultanas
200ml Milk (dairy, soya, coconut…)
100ml Yoghurt, Sour Cream or Buttermilk
